Hardware and parts must be paid 100% upfront. By controlling the procurement process, we ensure your equipment is factory-fresh, fully warrantied, and 100% compatible with the system architecture.
Timelines depend heavily on the project scope and division. For our Mobile RV/Marine division, we provide 100% mobile on-site installation. Most custom mobile micro-grid installations are completed within four days of active, on-site engineering. For our Residential Design & Engineering division, XOG supplies the engineering designs and drop-ships the hardware directly to licensed C-10 Prime Contractors, who assume 100% of the physical installation and permitting liability. The Prime Contractor will dictate the physical residential installation timeline.
